Baconfest Vendor Entry Form

Demonstrations are encouraged, but you may not walk beyond your booth to attract customers. Music TV’s, computers or other programs may be used if not overbearing. We will be having a band play and announcements.

Bring your own carts equipment such as racks, extension chords, carpets to cover wires, lights, tape, etc. The Roller Dollz and American Legion are not responsible for loaning out carts or other equipment.

Electricity Is not available at all booths and is $15 extra. Please mark your application if you need electricity. Wires must be covered with carpet, or mats. No masking tape  may be used on floor.

Parking and loading zones must be observed according to street signs.

No spaces will be saved without a deposit. The Roller Dollz will decide the location of all booths.

No refunds for cancellations.

One 6×10 space is $50 and you will be provided 1 table and 2 chairs.  Electricty is $15 extra.

Times: start setting up at 10:00, doors open 11-2 pm, must be cleaned up and out of the American Legion by 3 pm.

Your participation is your agreement that you are responsible for any loss of sales, property, or damages or personal liabilities which may result and that the Sioux Falls Roller Dollz and Mulit-Cultural Center, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County and other management parties are held harmless. Vendor applications must be turned in by April 20, 2016. Please note all application information is subject to change.
