Sioux Falls Morning Optimists Cure Kids Cancer
Our Season 4 Closer took place at the Sioux Falls Arena, newly dubbed as
"The Doll
House". With over 1600 in attendance, the Sioux Falls
Roller Dollz managed to raise $1,500 for the Sioux Falls Optimists Club and their Cure Kids Cancer fund.
The Roller Dollz would like to thank the Optimists for helping
us out for the last two seasons with ticket taking and crowd control.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sioux Empire
Another huge turn out for our very first Double Header on April 17th. The Killa
Beez took on and defeated the Fargo Moorhead Derby Girls and the Doll Starz lost against
the North Star Roller Girls. Regardless of who won what bout, the BBBS came out as the winner with a check for $1500!

Second Chance Rescue Center of Sioux Falls
We had such a WONDERFUL turnout at our January 23rd bout against the Omaha Roller Girls, we were able to give Second Chance
Rescue Center of Sioux Falls a check for $1500!! We couldn't have done it without our awesome fans!

Honor Flight of South Dakota

The Battle for South Dakota, Sioux Falls Roller Dollz against Rushmore Rollers was held at the Swiftel Center in Brookings. The Roller Dollz claimed another victory and donated $1,000 to the Honor Flight of South Dakota.
State Theater in Sioux Falls

The Roller Dollz Season Opener, October 10th, 2009, raised $1,000 to help with the renovation of the historic State Theater in Downtown Sioux Falls.
Camp Bring It On

The Sioux Falls Roller Dollz spent the day skating with the kids from Camp Bring It On.
Food Banks of South Dakota

With a donation of $450 to The
Food Banks of South Dakota, the
Sioux Falls Roller Dollz
brought their total donations to the Sioux Falls community to $20,000!!!
South Dakota Network Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault
May 9th, 2009, the Sioux Falls Roller Dollz competed in their closing bout with the Omaha Roller Girls. Proceeds from this bout went to the South Dakota Network Against Family Violence and Sexual Assault foundation. Shown above is a check for $1,000 to help their cause.
Special Olympics South
Dakota

On April 18th, the Rollerdollz took to the track to support Special Olympics South Dakota. Everybody won that night. The Rollerdollz won the bout, 210-24, Special Olympics South Dakota were given $1,000 to help fund the Special Olympics!
Sioux Falls Morning Optimist Club

The Rollerdollz teamed up with the
Sioux Falls Morning Optimists
Club
in February 2009 and donated $1,600 from
their last bout to
support their Un-Run Fundraiser. The Un-Run is a local fundraising effort
supporting Camp
Bring it On, a local
camp to help children with cancer.
There is still plenty of time to get involved.
The 4th Annual Un-Run Fundraiser is
scheduled for August 23, 2009 next to
Toys 'R' Us, south of the Empire Mall.
